With support from Gartner, the new CHRO accelerated the assessment of the current state of HR by identifying the capabilities, strengths and areas of improvement. The client proactively also collected and gauged business leader perceptions of HR across the organisation. The client also held a strategy workshop facilitated by the Gartner Executive Partner for the organisational leadership to align the people, systems and processes required to create a frictionless employee experience.
